The service
Emas Estate lets adults buy, hold, transfer, dilute, and redeem digital gold certificates that are intended to be backed by physical gold. On-chain records may appear on a public blockchain. Fees, minimum redemption weight, and collection details are shown in the app before you confirm a transaction.
Regulatory status (including any Bank Negara Malaysia position) is not established by this document. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction.
Accounts and wallets
You must pass the age gate and accept these terms before we create an account. You are responsible for your password, recovery phrase, and devices. Identity verification (eKYC), including biometric liveness, is required before regulated actions such as buying or redeeming gold.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, sanctions evasion, or to provide access to anyone under 18. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Liability
The liability of Insan Fikir Sdn. Bhd. for the app and digital service is limited to the greater of RM500 and the total fees you paid to Insan Fikir in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or wilful default. This clause does not cap loss of allocated or vaulted physical gold; gold custody claims are separate and are not limited by this RM500 limit. Gold price moves, blockchain fees, and third-party outages can delay a transaction.

Anda mesti melalui pintu umur dan menerima terma ini sebelum akaun dicipta. Pengesahan identiti (eKYC), termasuk kehadiran hidup biometrik, diperlukan sebelum membeli atau menebus emas.
Penggunaan yang diterima
Jangan guna perkhidmatan ini untuk penipuan atau untuk memberi akses kepada individu bawah 18 tahun.
Liabiliti
Liabiliti Insan Fikir Sdn. Bhd. bagi aplikasi dan perkhidmatan digital adalah terhad kepada yang lebih tinggi antara RM500 dan jumlah yuran yang anda bayar kepada Insan Fikir dalam 12 bulan sebelum tuntutan. Klausa ini tidak mengetepikan liabiliti yang undang-undang Malaysia tidak membenarkan diketepikan, termasuk kematian atau kecederaan diri akibat kecuaian, penipuan, atau keingkaran sengaja. Klausa ini tidak mengekang kerugian emas fizikal yang diperuntukkan atau disimpan dalam peti; tuntutan jagaan emas adalah berasingan dan tidak dihadkan oleh had RM500 ini. Harga emas berubah; yuran rantaian dan gangguan pihak ketiga boleh melambatkan transaksi.
